PURPOSE: To generate a back pressure over the entire section between cylinders by forming a closed space defined right below an aerial plane inclusive of the axes of the two cylinders which rotate in opposite directions. are elasticity pressed to each other and have parallel axes.
CONSTITUTION: A material layer is compressed and milled between the two cylinders 10 and 12 which rotate in the opposite directions. are elasticity pressed to each other and have the parallel axes. The one end of the space defined below the plane inclusive of the axes of these cylinders 10 and 12 by the cylinders 10 and 12 is closed by collars 24, 30 fixed or connected to both ends of the cylinders. The lower part thereof is closed by a closing member at least partly composed by a scraper rod 26 existing in contact with the one peripheral surface of the cylinders so as to hold the pressurizing and milling material in the space between the collars. Consequently, the back pressure is generated over the entire section of the spacing between the cylinders to release the aggregation between the cylinders.
