Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a milling type running cutting machine, the work efficiency of which can be increased by sorting a regular length part and a scrap part efficiently.
CONSTITUTION: A running cutting machine comprises a running truck 16 capable of freely running in synchronization with a running pipe P and a cutting device 26 loaded on the running truck 16 to clamp the pipe P to be cut to a designated length. Further, the cutting machine comprises plural transport rollers 33 arranged side by side at designated spaces along the running direction of the pipe P on the downstream side of the cutting device 26 in the running truck 16, kickers 42 supported between the plural transport rollers in such a manner as to freely oscillate upward for removing the cut pipe on the transport rollers 33, and a skid 40 for transferring the pipe removed by the kickers 42 to a scrap pocket 48.
