Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for prevention and/or therapy of synucleinopathy like Lewy body disease.SOLUTION: A compound having a structure of the formula 1 is used, which has binding capacity to an antibody specific for an epitope of α-synuclein comprising an amino acid sequence DMPVDPDN and can introduce in vivo formation of an antibody to bind to α-synuclein.
