PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional device in which the feeding conveyance for pack filling of minced fish is easily affected by conveyance conditions such as properties like the viscosity of the minced fish peripheral surface or shapes, and the accurate and stable feeding is hard to be performed.SOLUTION: A minced fish pack filling device is provided with: a supply belt 2 for feeding and conveying the minced fish A by placing the same in one-by-one arrangement on the upper surface and using a conveyance terminal end surface as a forward falling belt slope 19; a supply guide 3 for partitioning and guiding the upper part of the transport surface of the supply belt 2 in the width of a supply passage 1 of one-by-one arrangement; and a feeding impeller 5 for receiving the minced fish every each feeding blade 4, and feeding and turning the same. A sheet guide 6 is provided on the upper part of each supply passage 1 from the upper surface of the supply belt 2 to the upper surface of the feeding impeller 5, the sheet guide for bringing the upper surface of the feeding conveyance line of minced fish A into sliding contact therewith, and regulating the conveyance minced fish A to be floated on two supply belt upper parts and guiding the feeding supply by the supply belt 2.
