To provide a multipurpose mineral element-containing resin film which accelerates the negative ionization of peripheral air bringing about the cleaning of blood, the activation of cells, a deodorizing effect and an antibacterial effect, and has far infrared effect bringing about the dilation of a blood vessel and the activation of cells.

The mineral element-containing resin film is obtained by using either one of ink, which contains only a photocatalytic titanium oxide powder among the photocatalytic titanium oxide powder, a tourmaline powder and a rare earth metal powder, and ink, which contains a composition prepared by adding a mixed powder comprising the tourmaline powder and the rare earth metal powder to the photocatalytic titanium oxide powder. The respective ink containing powder is bonded to the resin film by a printing means.
