Abstract:
To provide a device for producing safe mineral water with mineral ions sufficiently eluted therein.
The electrodes 212 and 222 made of a carbon-contg. material are inserted in the bags 211 and 221 permeable to the mineral ions in the water stored in an electrolytic cell as the electrodes 21 and 22 used as either a cathode or an anode in electrolysis, and the mineral component-contg. materials 213 and 223 and the carbonaceous dielectrics 214 and 224 for giving and receiving the electron between the electrodes coupled in electrolysis are packed in the bags 211 and 221 to surround the electrodes 212 and 222 and used.
