Title:
MINIATURE 2-PHASE SEMICONDUCTOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6477453
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the height and miniaturize the title motor, by removing armature coils at the upper and lower parts of a magnet rotor.

CONSTITUTION: N, S magnetic poles 1a, 1b,... are magnetized with the width of 60° along the inner peripheral surface of a column type magnet rotor 1. Armature coils 4a, 4b are fixed to the inner surface of an outer casing (including yokes 25a, 25b) 25. The armature coils 4a, 4b are at both sides of the magnet rotor 1 separated from each other by the electric angle of (90+180n) degree (n=3). Accordingly, the height of a motor is made equal to the diameter B of the magnet rotor 1 and is reduced. Hall elements 17a, 17b are separated from each other by (90+180n) degree (n=4) and are opposed to the magnetic poles 1a, 1b. The armature coils 4a, 4b are yokes 25a, 25b are positioned substantially symmetrically, therefore, attracting forces due to the magnet rotor 1 are offset and eliminated. Accordingly, the generation of vibration is restrained.
