PURPOSE: To realize the operation being equal to an expert driver even if there is no expert driver by providing a speed instructing part for outputting a speed instruction so as to decelerate to a limit speed of a speed section concerned or its vicinity by deceleration outputted from a fuzzy inference part, and so as to accelerate after passing the deceleration section.
CONSTITUTION: A speed instructing part 5 outputs a speed instruction so as to decelerate to a limit speed Vk by deceleration Zk. That is, an inter-line voltage of a course 1 drops to a value corresponding to Vk by a drop rate corresponding to Zk. Thereafter, when an automobile comes near to an acceleration point Ak, a detecting signal is generated from a sensor 3k and a signal SAk is outputted from a signal discriminating part 4, by which a speed instructing part 5 outputs a speed instruction value corresponding to the maximum speed Vm, and the automobile is accelerated up to the maximum speed Vm. Also, on a goal spot, the same sensor as the sensors 2k, 3k is provided, and when it turns round by the set number of times and comes near to the goal spot, a speed instruction of a speed zero is generated, based on an output signal from its sensor.
