Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a miniature electric motor which can simplify its assembling operation and at the same time enhance, the mounting accuracy of a magnetic sensor.
CONSTITUTION: A brushless motor 1 comprises a stator 2 and a rotor 4 having a permanent magnet 12 and is provided with a Hall IC 51 for detecting a magnetic field from the permanent magnet 12 to output a signal and a board 3 to which the Hall IC 51 is connected, and at the same time the board 3 has an electrically conductive metal plate of a predetermined pattern, a mold material having an electric insulation property for molding the metal plate other than a connection part to which the Hall IC 51 is connected and a holding part 46 simultaneously molded with the mold material at the time of molding the metal plate to perform the positioning of the Hall IC 51.
