Title:
MINIATURE INDUCTION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58136252
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts to be assembled and to simplify the assembling work of an induction motor by superposing a pair of cores engaged with bobbins, on which coils are wound at both ends in a cross shape and associating the cores with a yoke having projections at an interval of 90 deg. at the inner periphery. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cores, each of which is formed by engaging both ends of a core 3 produced by laminating a plurality of core plates with a bobbin 6, on which a coil 7 is wound in advance, are formed, and a yoke 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of yoke plates having projections 2 at an interval of 90 deg. at the inner periphery. The cores 3 include one main pole and the other interpole. Since a pair of cores 3 engaged with the bobbin 6 are mounted on the yoke 1, the cores 3 are mounted to the yoke 1 in a cross shaped by press-fitting the projections 2 formed at an interval of 90 deg. at the inner periphery of the ring- shaped yoke 1 at the notches 5 of both ends of the cores 3. In this manner, the number of parts to be assembled can be reduced, and the assembling work can be simplified.
