To provide a feeder for large quantity of minus ions using a natural material.
A casing 1 is filled with water and the water is sprayed from a water jet port 8 to a generating material 5 by a water pump 7. The generating material 5 is passed from an air intake 2 by a blower 6 and guided to a sending port 3.
