Abstract:
To provide a minute amount discharge device suitable for discharging a minute amount of μl or less for bonding of parts such as electronic parts, or analysis or study of chemicals.
The device is constituted of a long capillary tube filled with a desired liquid, of which one end side is sealed and the other end side thereof has a discharge port, and a pressurizedly moving body for shearing with pressure the capillary tube.
