To provide a minute-amount spray-application apparatus for a high- viscosity liquid which can homogeneously apply a minute amount of mist to a work without using an organic solvent.
First spraying is done by a first sprayer 3 in a mist box 2. Here, spray mist having a large particle size is liquefied by the collision with the inner wall of the box and collected on the bottom of the box, thus decreasing the particle size of the mist in the box. Then, the mist staying in the box is sucked out through a sucking section 5A by a second sprayer 5 and is discharged as second mist through a discharge section 5B. By introducing compressed air through a compressed air introduction port into the second sprayer, the amount of air is increased, causing the second mist to be accelerated and discharged at a high wind speed. Therefore, when the second mist collides with a work 11, a strong impact force is generated, thus increasing the wettability of the work by a high-viscosity oil and enabling homogeneous application of a minute amount.
