Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely transport active minute particles as unchanged to a collecting position by providing a shrinkage/expansion nozzle projected toward a downstream situated chamber between an upstream chamber and the downstream situated chamber. CONSTITUTION:A passage is provided with a shrinkage/expansion nozzle 1 in which a passage is gradually shrinked from an inlet 1a toward a throat 2 and expanded therefrom toward an outlet 1b. The inlet 1a and the outlet 1b are open to an upstream chamber 3 and a downstream situated chamber 4, respectively. The shrinkage/expansion nozzle 1 is arranged so as to be projected into the downstream situated chamber 4. This construction enables active minute particles to be transported as unchanged to a collecting position.
