The mirror cabinet 21 includes the three-sided mirror 23 on the front surface of a cabinet body 22, and the three-sided mirror 23 is formed from a pair of side mirror 23a and a central mirror 23b. An illumination part 30 is provided between the pair of side mirrors 23a and the central mirror 23b respectively, wherein the height of the illumination part 30 is almost the same as that of the side mirror 23a and the central mirror 23b. A dimming volume 31 for adjusting strength of illumination is provided below the illumination part 30 on the right side to the mirror cabinet 21. Since the dimming volume 31 is built in the illumination part 30, it is not visible from outside, but an operation knob 32 rotating to left and right linked with the dimming volume 31 and a scale 33 for indicating a left and right rotation position are formed outside.
