Title:
MIRROR FOR COLLECTING SOLAR LIGHT RAYS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS54155061
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
The solar mirror has contiguous rectangular reflectors, having a rigid frame of variable angle in relation to a fixed one. This supports joists formed by parallel beams with profiled sections curved to match the curvature of the mirror and in turn supporting the long sides of the reflectors. Several of the joists are identical, mounted to a pattern at right angles to the curves and itself corresponding to the curvature of the mirror. The beams are secured to the rigid frame by studs inside housings fitting in the rigid frame girders, and which have means for lengthwise adjustment in relation to this frame.
