Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device with a turn indicator light in which high rigidity and high waterproof performance can be acquired while suppressing increase of number of components, and a saddle-riding type vehicle with the same.SOLUTION: A holding member 43 which holds a mirror part 41 and a flasher part 42 is connected with one end part 44a of a supporting member 44. The other end 44b of the supporting member 44 is rotatably attached to a vehicle body by a movable holding member 45. The supporting member 44 includes an internal passage 44p extending from one end part 44a to the other end part 44b. A lower end of a caulking pin 50 is caulked in a state where a flange 50f of the caulking pin 50 is positioned between the other end 44b of the supporting member 44 and a pin fixing member 51, and a vehicle body fixing member 52 is arranged to surround a periphery part of the caulking pin 50 between the pin fixing member 51 and the lower end of the caulking pin 50. A wiring 42W of the flasher part 42 is introduced through the internal passage 44p and a penetration passage 50a of the caulking pin 50 into the vehicle body.
