Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the mirror for scanning which improves the efficiency with time, is capable of forming stable scanning light, minimizes the noise and vibration acting on the device and enables the miniaturization of a motor.
CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional mirror surface is formed by subjecting the chordal plane of at least one semicolumnar body 2 having transmittability to an incident beam to smooth metal coating. Particularly, the mirror surface is joined with the chordal plane of another semicolumnar body 3 of the same shape, by which the columnar body having the mirror surface 10 at its central section is constituted.
