Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror support structure which is lightweight, high in rigidity, and protected against deformation that deteriorates a main mirror and an auxiliary mirror in performance, and capable of properly maintaining a relative positional relation between the main mirror and auxiliary mirror even if an environmental change occurs in an installation site or an installation surface is deformed.
SOLUTION: A mirror support structure is composed of a main mirror 1 and an auxiliary mirror 2 which are arranged at a prescribed interval face to face each other, a main mirror support member 3, an auxiliary mirror support member 4, a plurality of main rods 15a connecting the support members 3 and 4 together, a plurality of auxiliary rods 15b each end of which is connected to the apex of the support member 4 and other end is connected to a single point, support legs 26 which support the main mirror 1 and the auxiliary mirror 2 at the two apexes of the mirror support member 3 and a joint point A of the auxiliary rods 15b, and a base panel 7 on which the support legs 26 are fixed, where the support legs 26 are capable of following the expansion and contraction of the base panel 7.
