Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the inclination of a mirror where the mirror is invisible by fixing a mirror holder block without the intervention of the elastic holding force of a compression coil spring, etc. CONSTITUTION:The mirror supporting device of the laser beam machine is constituted by fixing a flange-shaped bush 2 to a bend block 1, engaging plural adjusting screws 5, composed of pipe-shaped special screws 5a and 5b in a flange shape, with the flange part of the bush 2, and engaging the mirror holder block 3 which stores a mirror holder 15 on the adjusting screws 5. Namely, the mirror holder block 3 which holds the mirror holder 15, adjusting screws 5, and bush 2 are united with a fixing screw 6, and the mirror holder 3 is held while the elastic holding force of the compression coil spring, etc., is removed. Then nuts 5b of the adjusting screws 5 are rotated respectively to vary the distance between the mirror holder block 3 and bush 2, and then the mirror holder block 3 slants to align the optical axes.
