To provide a constitutionally simple convex mirror for being installed at the blind corner of a road, which is equipped with an anti-fogging function.

Openings 13a-13d are provided on the upper, lower, right and left sides of a mirror plate 10 of the convex mirror 1 for being installed at the blind corner of the road, so that a space between the mirror plate 10 and a back plate 20 can be ventilated. The air vent openings 13a-13d are provided, a temperature difference between the mirror plate 10 and outside air is reduced by bringing the temperature of the backside 12 of the mirror plate 10 close to that of the outside air, so that dew condensation can be prevented. Since a heater, a power source such a solar panel, a control mechanism, or a thermal storage agent is made unnecessary, the mirror 1 with the anti-fogging function can be inexpensively provided. Additionally, the mirror 1 dispenses with an ordinary round and maintenance by virtue of the unnecessity of the power source, and can be installed anywhere.
