Abstract:
To provide a misalignment adjusting device which can change an adjustment amount of misalignment properly.SOLUTION: A misalignment adjusting device 1 includes: a supporting platform 10 formed with an internal space 10a; a movable mount 30 having a movable part 31 which is movably housed in the internal space 10a, and an attachment part 32 which moves with the movable part 31 and to which an object to be subjected to misalignment adjustment can be attached; an actuator 20 having action parts 22, 28 which move linearly; and an elastic member 40 in which one end is connected to the action parts 22, 28 of the actuator 20 and the other end is connected to an outer edge part of the movable part 31, and which causes a restoring force to act on the outer edge part of the movable part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
