Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more precisely detect misfire.SOLUTION: This misfire detection system includes: a generator 110 operating by using kinetic energy of an internal combustion engine and changing generation voltage; a plurality of batteries 102a, 103a having different charging voltage; electric load batteries 102b, 103b respectively connected to the plurality of batteries 102a, 103a; a detection means 20 detecting misfire based on rotation fluctuation of the internal combustion engine; a selection means 20 selecting one of the plurality of batteries 102a, 103a, which has the largest power generation load by connecting the generator 110; and a control means 20 which connects one battery selected by the selection means to the generator 110 and which allows the generator to operate by adjusting the generation voltage of the generator 110 to the charging voltage of the one battery, when the misfire is detected by the detection means 20.
