Title:
MISINPUT DETECTING DEVICE FOR COORDINATE INPUT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62217317
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the detecting accuracy of misinput for a coordinate input device by controlling a vertical de-emphasis circuit after discriminating whether or not the reproduction video signal is vertically pre-emphasized in a recording mode.

CONSTITUTION: A detecting circuit 16 discriminates whether the reproduction video signal is vertically pre-emphasized or not in a recording mode. Based on this discrimination result, the active or inactive state of a vertical de- emphasis circuit 10 is controlled. Thus it is possible to always de-emphasizes vertically the reproduction video signal when it is vertically emphasized in a recording mode and to always avoid the vertical de-emphasis of said video signal if it is not vertically pre-emphasized in the recording mode respectively.
