Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic mushroom harvest device capable of automatically and highly efficiently carrying out a harvest work for separating mushrooms from a culture bottle, while maintaining the constant quality of the mushrooms without damaging the mushrooms.
SOLUTION: This automatic mushroom harvest device comprises a bottle- fixing means 104 for holding and fixing at a prescribed position a culture bottle 1 to whose opening portion an upward expanded cylindrical growth guide cylinder 2 is attached and on which mushrooms grow, a grip device 107 for gripping the outside of the cylindrical growth guide cylinder 2 of the culture bottle 1 fixed with the bottle-fixing means 104 and for pulling out the mushrooms, and a pulling-driving means 108 for laterally shaking the gripping device 107 and simultaneously lifting the gripping device 107.
