Abstract:
To provide a mist cooling device, a heat treatment device, and a cooling method capable of resolving unevenness in cooling, and preventing deformation, bending and the like of a treated object caused by the unevenness in cooling.
This mist cooling device 3 cools the treated object M heated and placed in a cooling furnace 10 by spraying cooling mist to the treated object M. The mist cooling device 3 includes a moving device 20 for relatively moving the treated object M and a nozzle 30 for spraying the cooling mist when the cooling mist for the heated treated object M is sprayed.
