To provide a mist cosmetic for hair styling that can perform hair styling without sticky feeling, which is not achieved by a conventional mist cosmetic for exerting a hair styling function, and exert an excellent effect on re-hair styling properties.

The mist cosmetic for hair styling is formed by discharging a content in a form of the mist with a pump-type dispenser or a trigger-type dispenser; wherein the content contains: (A) silicic anhydride; (B) ethanol; (C) water, and (D) polyhydric alcohol; and/or (E) a surfactant, and is a two-layer type composition formed of a powder layer in the under layer and a liquid layer in the upper layer.
