Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and quickly change the length of a double tube or mount and demount the tube for replacement, regarding a mist lubrication device where lubricating oil and the high pressure air are forcibly supplied from the lubricating oil of a device body.
CONSTITUTION: The inner tube 3a and the outer tube 3b of a double tube 3 are concentrically held with a plurality of ribs 3c laid in between, and tube joints 7 and 8 at the side of a device body and and at the side of a mounting block 5 for connecting the double tube 3 are provided with a chuck for holding and preventing the extraction of the double tube 3 inserted into tube insertion cylinders 7a and 7b, and a chuck releasing mechanism. Also, a tube axis type inner connector 9 for lubricating oil is provided deep in the section 7a of the joint 7 at the side of device body for insertion in and engagement with the inner tube 3a of the tube 3.
