To provide a mist sauna apparatus which prevents spray water from dropping out of a spray nozzle while spraying by improving heat exchange ratio of the spray water.
The mist sauna apparatus 1A generates a mist sauna environment by spraying hot water as mist from one or more spray nozzles 4 arranged in a bathroom 17. The mist sauna apparatus comprises a spray water supply conduit 3 for supplying stored hot water heated by a heat source 15 and stored in a hot-water storing tank 2 to the spray nozzle 4 using the internal pressure of the hot-water storing tank 2, a pressure sensor 9 for detecting the water pressure of the hot-water sprayed from the spray nozzle 4, a three-way solenoid valve 10 arranged on the spray water supply conduit 3 for blocking the spray water supply conduit 3, and a control apparatus 13 for determining whether the water pressure detected by the pressure sensor 9 is lower than a predetermined value or not and for making the three-way solenoid valve 10 to block the spray water supply conduit 3 when the detected water pressure is determined to be lower than the predetermined value.
