Abstract:
To provide a fence, which is mounted on a miter saw and supports a workpiece.
The miter saw comprises a base 11 which has a practically horizontal first plane to support the workpiece and a practically horizontal second plane arranged below the practically horizontal first plane. It is also equipped with a table 12 attached rotatably to the base and a saw assembly attached movably to the table, wherein the table is practically on the same plane with the practically horizontal first plane. Furthermore, the miter saw of the invention comprises a fixed fence 21 fixed on the base, which fixed fence is arranged on the substantially horizontal second surface.
