To settle on a mix proportion of treated soil and water by a simple method for measuring viscosity and specific gravity of slurry.
Sample slurry is formed by adding water to soil resulted from construction work, there are a process eliminating a sand fraction in the sample slurry, a process measuring viscosity of the sample slurry and making the sample slurry as adjustable slurry by adjusting an amount of water to be added so that the viscosity can become a predetermined value and a process measuring specific gravity of the adjustable slurry and obtaining the ratio of an amount of the minimum fine grain soil to an amount of water. Then, there are a process measuring specific gravity and volume percentage of the sand fraction to the other sample slurry adding an optional amount of water to the soil resulted from construction work and obtaining the ratio of an amount of fine grain soil to an amount of sand and a process obtaining an amount of water to be added to soil resulted from construction work so that the ratio of an amount of fine grain soil resulted from construction work to an amount of water to be added can become the same ratio as that of an amount of the minimum fine grain soil of the adjustable slurry to an amount of water.
