To certainly and efficiently collect air bubbles due to the mixed open air even if the mixing amount of the open air is small when the mixing with the open air occurs in a hermetically sealed water piping system such as a heat accumulation type air conditioning system or the like to accumulate the same at a predetermined place as air, and to simply and certainly detect the mixed open air to rapidly and certainly specify a mixing place.
In a mixed air bubble collector 20 for collecting air bubbles getting mixed in the water within the hermetically sealed water piping system 10 cut off from the atmosphere, the water to be inspected gathered from the pipeline of the water piping system 10 is passed through high speed sections 31 and 32 for guiding the water to be inspected at a high flow velocity by a flow channel having a small cross section and low speed sections 41 and 42 for guiding the water to be inspected at a low flow velocity by a flow channel having a large cross section and air bubbles in the water to be inspected in the vertical pipe parts 42b vertically rising from the low speed sections 41 and 42 are floated to be accumulated as air.
