To obtain the subject powders utilizable as a main food material, good in nutritive balance and having a low lipid content or a food material corresponding thereto by mixing specific edible powders with a lipid, a protein and a sesaminol triglycoside.
The powders are obtained by mixing one or more edible powders selected from bean flour, grain flour, potato flour and various starches with a skinned and defatted sesame seed powder containing a lipid in an amount of ≤5 wt.% based on the dry weight, a protein in an amount of 45-65% based on the dry weight and a sesaminol triglycoside in an amount of ≥0.3% based on the dry weight at (95/5) to (5/95) weight ratio of the edible powders/skinned and defatted sesame seed powder. The edible powders may be a bean flour which may be a soybean flour. Furthermore, the edible powders are a grain flour which may be a buckwheat flour.
