The objective flour mix for producing paratta-like food comprises wheat flour, durum wheat flour, a baking powder and solid fat in the chip form of 3-20 mm diameter and 10-50 mm length. The objective dough for the paratta-like food is prepared by using wheat flour, durum wheat flour, a baking powder and solid fat in the chip form of 3-20 mm diameter and 10-50 mm length. The frozen dough for the paratta-like food is obtained by freezing the dough for paratta-like food. The refrigerated paratta-like food is obtained by baking the dough of the paratta-like food and freezing the baked food. In the production process for the dough of the paratta-like food, the following food materials are characteristically used: wheat flour, durum wheat flour, a baking powder and solid fat in the chip form of 3-20 μm diameter and 10-50 mm length.
