PURPOSE: To obtain a mixed food having extremely high nutritive value even with a small amount, also useful as a nourishing tonic by blending mushrooms with laminas of wheat or barley and russian comfrey in a proper ratio.

CONSTITUTION: Three ingredients of edible mushrooms such as Phioliota nameko or Lentinus edodes, laminas of wheat or barley such as seedling laminas of wheat or laminas of barley, russian comfrey as main components are each dried, heat-treated and treated by an extracting means such as boiling to give a solution and a food is blended with the solution in a proper blending ratio or the main components are each dried, heat-treated, made into a powder state, a food is blended with the powder in a proper blending ratio to give a mixed food, which is further mixed with one or more of amino acids, minerals and nutritive vitamins.
