A mixed foot protection agent sampling device includes a connection member connectable with a steel pipe attached to a steel pipe approach driving device and a cylindrical body member having a peripheral wall introduction port formed on a peripheral wall, and is capable of sampling a required mixed foot protection agent by opening and closing the peripheral wall introduction port by a peripheral wall sampling lid in linkage with a piston member installed inside the connection member.
