To provide a mixed foreign substance removal device of which the performance of eliminating a mixed foreign substance is sufficiently high and which has a simple construction and a reduced production cost.
The mixed foreign substance removal device is equipped with a belt conveyor 23 for conveying granules 22 of a group of processed substances possible to contain mixed dielectric foreign matters; a fluororesin roll 43 which is arranged at a certain interval from the belt conveyor 23, of which the rotating cylindrical surface takes charge, and which adsorbs foreign matters from the granules 22 conveyed with the belt conveyer 23; a negative ion genesis region 41 for electrically charging the cylindrical surface of the roll 43; and a sticky roll 44 which is abutted onto the fluororesin roll 43, rotates by moving in response to the rotation of the roll 43, and removes foreign matter adsorbed by the stickiness of the cylindrical surface.
