Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed liquid supply device that achieves reduction in cost while simplifying the configuration of the device.SOLUTION: A mixed liquid supply device 1 includes a mixed liquid discharge part 2 having a discharge port 20 for discharging mixed liquid, a mixing part 3 connected to the mixed liquid discharge part 2 for supplying the mixed liquid to the mixed liquid discharge part 2, a diluent supply pipe 51 connected to the mixing part 3 for supplying diluent to the mixing part 3, and an undiluted solution supply pipe 41 connected to the mixing part 3 for supplying the undiluted solution to the mixing part 3. The mixing part 3 is configured so that by the flow of the diluent flowing in the mixing part 3, the undiluted solution in the undiluted solution supply pipe 41 is sucked, and the undiluted solution is mixed with the diluent, using the Venturi effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
