PURPOSE: To obtain a foamed body, in which stock particles are uniformly mixed, by a method wherein means for transporting stock particles to hoppers, means for transferring the stock particles stored in the hoppers from below upwards in order to mix the particles and the like are provided.
CONSTITUTION: After the generation of resin particle conveying air flow in a pneumatic particle conveying tube 1 through the actuation of particle conveying blowers 3, main raw material A is quantitatively and successively delivered from a main raw material silo 5 in the pneumatic particle conveying tube 1 by turning a rotary valve 7. On the other hand, by turning a rotary valve 8, sub-raw material B is quantitatively and successively delivered from a sub-raw material silo 6 in the pneumatic particle conveying tube 1. Thus, the main raw material A and the sub-raw material B are uniformly mixed in the pneumatic particle conveying tube 1 so as to store the predetermined amount of mixed raw material particles in hoppers 2. After being charged in respective molds 4a and 4b through charging hoses 4c and chargers, the mixed raw material particles are foam-molded. By repeating the above- mentioned production process, uniform and integrated mixed resin foam molded body can be molded stably and continuously.
