Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely pulverize large aggregates by fixing spiral band-like bodies in the inside of a drum shell and installing a plurality of projected parts with a sward-like shape in the band-like bodies. SOLUTION: In a drum shell 24, a throwing inlet 32, which is also a discharging outlet, is formed in one end in the direction of a rotary axial line 30. A plurality of band-like bodies 38 are extended spirally on the surrounding of the rotary axial line 30 in the inside of the drum shell 24. A plurality of projected parts 40 with a sward-like shape are installed in the rim part on the opposite to the drum shell 24 side of the band-like bodies 38 at intervals. The projected parts 40 are so installed as to set the width direction of the projected parts at right angles to the extended directions of the band-like bodies 38 at the installation points of the projected parts 40 in the band-like bodies 38 and at the same time the projected parts are projected toward the rotary axial line 30 from the band-like bodies 38. Large blocks in the aggregates are pulverized into small pieces by rotation of the projected parts 40 and linear members 42 following the rotation of a mixer drum 22 and as a result, the aggregates can be kneaded well with a cement milk.
