PURPOSE: To continue stable coating for a long time by inserting an orifice member at the position connecting the primary and secondary means respectively mixing roughly and closely the main agent and additive in a specified ratio in a two-pack pressurizing pump unit.
CONSTITUTION: The main agent and additive are supplied to a mixing chamber in a primary mixer 6 and roughly mixed in a specified ratio under specified pressure. The main agent and additive are allowed to collide with each other in the mixing chamber, entangled and rolled. The primary mixture thus obtained is then supplied to a static mixer constituting the secondary mixer 7 for close mixing through the orifice member 11. The secondary mixture thus closely mixed in the static mixer is primarily held by a stop valve 9 fixed to the end of the static mixer in a specified mixing ratio by the two-pack pressurizing pump unit under specified pressure.
