To provide a filter device capable of pulverizing and purifying the mixed fuel containing a fossil fuel and water by mixing the fossil fuel with water by a simple structure while reducing the occurrence of clogging without using an additive.

This filter device 10 having an inflow port 101 and an outflow port 102. In the filter device, the fossil fuel and water force-fed from the inflow port are mixed and the mixed fuel containing the fossil fuel and water is pulverized and discharged from the outflow port. The filter device comprises a tubular filter plate containing part 110, filter plates 210 to 240 disposed in a stacked manner in the filter plate containing part 110, flow passages 210c, 210g, 230c, 240c, 240g, and 220c recessed in the surfaces of the filter plates 210 to 240, and through holes 210b to 240b connected to the flow passages and passing through the front and rear surfaces of the filter plates.
