Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to eliminate errors in preparation before mixing, during opening of a connection part between substances in a mixing space, by performing a vacuumization for sucking a liq. monomer to a pulverulent polymer through the connection.
CONSTITUTION: A mixing space of a mixing container 1 for conducting mixing operation is preferably, for example, in an operation place where is connected to a vacuum generation apparatus therethrough and in which the mixing is done and a negative pressure is generated in the mixing space 9. Then, a connecting means 6 is used as an opener 26 and a mandrel is pushed through a diaphragm. Owing to a connection part 27 thus equipped, the negative pressure acts immediately to a monomer 16 in a container 18, as a result, the monomer 16 is sucked to outside of the container 18 and is flown into a mixed polymer 17. A mixing means 6 used for mixing moves reciprocally to mix the monomer 16 and the polymer 17.
