PURPOSE: To enable manufacturing a mixing and dispensing sprayer apparatus at relatively low cost by including a nozzle assembly having a port in which a fluid conducting channel extending through inside between a first end and a second end fluid-communicates with an interior volume part of a container.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus in which fluid passing through the mixing and dispensing sprayer apparatus 10 is mixed with a material and which dispenses the material together with the fluid, has the container 12 having the interior volume part accommodating the material to be dispensed together with the fluid flow from the mixing and dispensing sprayer apparatus 10. As a single unit, the container 12 is connected with an inlet end 72 and an outlet end 74 facing each other and the fluid conducting channel extends through inside between the inlet end 72 and the outlet end 74 and the fluid conducting channel fluid-communicates with the interior volume part of the container 12 by the nozzle assembly 14 having the port.
