To prevent high-temperature water from being discharged with a safety button operated by mistake by making a quantity of projection from a temperature control handle small in a state in which the safety button need not be operated.
A mixing faucet including: a temperature control handle which is rotated so as to set a water discharge temperature of hot-water/cold-water mixing means; a safety button which is energized to project from an outer periphery of the temperature control handle; and a rotary restriction wall which is provided on a fitting surface of the temperature control handle, and abuts against a part of the safety button halfway during rotating operation from a low-temperature setting side to a high-temperature setting side to restrict the rotation is characterized in that a projection quantity restriction wall which moves the safety button in the temperature control handle when the temperature control handle is rotated to the low-temperature setting side from a state in which the part of the safety button abuts against the restriction wall is formed on the fitting surface of the temperature control handle.
