To provide a mixing-granulating apparatus capable of efficiently and inexpensively mixing a fragile material to be processed and capable of further granulating granules after adding an additive such as a coarse recycled aggregate to the granules during granulation.
The apparatus comprises a vessel (1) long from side to side disposed in the horizontal direction and two rotating shafts (20, 30) actuated at respective rotational speeds. Different agitating blades (28, 29, 35) are attached to the rotating shafts (20, 30). Material charge ports (2, 3) are disposed in the vessel (1) by the side of one end of the vessel and a material charge port (4) and a product discharge port (5) are disposed by the side of the other end. The peripheral wall of the vessel (1) is cooled to prevent adhesion of a material to be processed.
