Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform ignition using pulse laser by distributing water particles sucked through a water passage in gas jetted from a nozzle by the use of the ejector effect or gas flow generated at jetting gas by opening a needle valve.
SOLUTION: When working oil is fed from a working oil feed joint 7 to the oil receiving part 9a of the intermediate part of a needle valve 2 through a working oil passage 9, the needle valve 2 is pushed up by the oil pressure force of the oil receiving part 9a against spring force, and hence gas is jetted from a jet port 6a through a gas feed joint 3, a gas passage 5, and the gas nozzle 6 of the needle valve 2. Then the opening of a water passage 11 opening on the hole passage side part of the gas nozzle 6 becomes negative pressure, hence by the ejector effect due to gas jet, water in a water storing part 10 is sucked into the gas nozzle 6 through the water passage 11, and diffused into a combustion chamber while nearly uniformly being mixed and dispersed in the gas jet flow in a state of water particles. For example when pulse laser is applied to the water particles, the water particles are converted into plasma so as to become the ignition source for the gas fuel.
