A work 24 to be worked is held on a work table 21 of a rectangular coordinates-type feed shaft mechanism 20. A working module is mounted on one side surface of a base sheet 314 of a parallel space connecting-rod mechanism 30, and mounted on one side surface opposite to the work table 21, so that it can be conveniently used for advancing the working onto the work 24 held on the work table 21. The working module is a cutting spindle 33, and comprises a tool 34 on its one end. The tool 34 advances the boring or cutting work to the work 24 held on the work table 21. The operations of the parallel space connecting-rod mechanism 30 and the rectangular coordinates- type feed shaft mechanism 20 are controlled by one operation controller to coordinate the work.
