Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing method and a mixing device capable of preventing a problem such as outside discharging of a dispersoid without being sufficiently dispersed, or the impossibility of uniform circulation or dispersion of slurry.SOLUTION: A mixing device 100 is configured such that a dispersoid P and a liquid-phase dispersion medium R are sucked into a mixing chamber via a supply port, slurry F is generated by dispersing the dispersoid P to the liquid-phase dispersion medium R to be discharged from a discharge port 16a, a separation part 70 is provided to separate the slurry F by specific gravity in a discharge path 16 communicated with the discharge port 16a, and at least a part of the generated slurry F is circulated and supplied into the mixing chamber via a circulation path 17 connected to the separation part 70. A branch path 90 branches from the upstream side of the separation part 70 of the discharge path 16, a forcible circulation mechanism 91 is provided in the branch path 90, and the slurry F sucked from the discharge path 16 via the branch path 90 is forcibly circulated and supplied into the mixing chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
