Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the adding rate of a treating agent with a high degree of accuracy when the agent is added to generated soil. SOLUTION: The mixing plant 1 comprises a belt conveyor 2 for conveying generated soil, a belt weigher 3 for measuring the weight of generated soil while the soil is being conveyed, tanks 4a, 4b for storing an insolubilizing agent being a treating agent, volumetric feeders 5a, 5b for feeding a predetermined quantity of insolubilizing agents from the tanks 4a, 4b, a screw feeder 6 for feeding the insolubilizing agents fed by the feeders 5a, 5b, a continuous mixer 7 for mixing the soil conveyed by the conveyor 2 and the agents conveyed by the feeder 6, and an operation control unit 8 for drive-controlling each of the devices. In this case, the unit 8 receives measured data relating to the weight of the soil from the weigher 3 to calculate the amount of insolubilizing agent corresponding to the weight of the soil and also controls the feeder 5a so that the calculated amount of insolubilizing agent is supplied from the tank 4a.
